Our microbrewery equipment of 300L/day occupies an area of 40
Square metres. It is heated with electricity or steam. The electricity load is 22KW and the steam load is less than 0.1ton/hour. For each brewing 60kgs malt and 180 grams hops are needed. The water consumption is 1M3. It needs 8 hours and 2 people to brew very batch of beer and the malt liquor wlii have matured after 10 days of fermentation. The investment will recovered in 15 months.
